A warning

I have searched through the adventurer archives and could not find relevant information so I am leaving this on the notice board as a general warning to all my fellow adventurers in the Guild and to the residents of town

During a training session with my friend and now trainee Paladin, Beatnik, we came across a dying escapee from what we can assume to be one of the enemy forces that skulk in the wilds. He was beyond our means to heal but before he died he mentioned to us that his master is hunting down a 'group of mercenaries' who killed an apprentice necromancer, Zora. I have to assume this group was one of our Guild parties. The fear in the man's eyes as he spoke chilled me to the bone.

Before he died the man said that his master, an Inquisitor Chalk, was already in Sanctuary. I extend his warning to you all. "The Inquisitor is a relentless and talented man and he is closing in on his quarry. Make sure everyone knows if they see an elderly human in a wide black hat that they should not underestimate him, I have seen him flay men alive with floating swords in this guise, and he laughs as their blood showers the floor"

Greetings cleric

My name is Hercules, I have been investigating a murder that happened very recently in Sanctuary. A dockworker called Kaiser the Red was killed at the docks late at night by an old man in black who witnesses claim wielded floating swords. 

I have tried to access the Adventurer's Guild archives but my "search" has not yielded much results (Hector can the uh... search... magic? be fixed or looked at?), however I remember some adventurer's talking about a mage called Zora. It was during a very early mission, I believe before this tavern was properly operational, hence the fact that the news is buried in the archives. But have a read here:

Present members were Red Scarlotte, Martin Dragonsbane, Gef, Grizella, Big Duncan, Nastie. 

That's quite a big team.

They killed a necromancer called Zora. In self defense I am certain, while transporting Prince Yusuf of the merpeople from the Sanctuary docks to Derlusk. It would explain why the Inquisitor is sniffing around the docks and interrogating/murdering dock workers. He must be on to our trail, sent here to avenge Zora's death.

So Inquisitor Chalk is here. Seeking the killers of Zora the necromancer.

I believe we intercepted a message from a scout a while back... The note revealed that it is Charnel, Zora's sister, who has sent Inquisitor Chalk after us.

Charnel is a high ranking mage with the Necromancers of Gorehowl.

This is bad.

Now that they're in Sanctuary, I'm going to lie as low as the only dragonborn on this damn island can do.
