Between missions, I've been asking around town and researching the Monarchs and the Necromancers. It would be good to learn more about their weird feud. Perhaps the young man that we bought has some information?

Alternatively, I suppose we could go looking for Peter Champagne or whoever he is. He must have been gone several weeks by now.
