Sanctuary dockworker murdered.

A dockworker was found this morning strung up by his neck from one of the wooden cranes at the dock.
His name was Kaiser The Red.
Kaiser was one of the dockworkers who smuggled Prince Yhusuf, the merman royalty, into Sanctuary. He was a good man. He didn't have any enemies in town as far as I'm aware.
This might be connected to Prince Yhusuf and the death of Zora, the necromancer you guys killed when you escorted Yhusuf to his home waters.
Watch your backs folks.
