Dragon! There's a dragon on the island! THIS IS NOT A DRILL!

Folks
A fully grown black dragon, at least 100 years old has been spotted circling the cliffs east of Sanctuary the other day.
A beast of this size and age would require a dedicated party of level-12 adventurers to even stand a chance at surviving. None of our warriors have surpassed level 3. We are not equipped to deal with a threat such as this.
If you see this beast, DO NOT ENGAGE, hide, run, take cover, do not let it see you, do not antagonise it.
When I was a young soldier I saw an entire battalion of heavily-armoured men melted beneath the acid bile disgorged from a black dragon. They are the most feared and evil of the wyrms.
